Marc Barlow

Marc has 23 years experience in public education in instructional leadership, social/emotional supports, data-based systems analysis and reorganization, and overseeing state and federal budgets and compliance measures.


Marc has a B.A. and teaching credential in Social Science; an M.A. in School Counseling with a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential; and an Administrative Services credential. 


Marc has taught high school social science for 12 years; created, implemented, and taught in a highly effective dropout prevention program; served as a high school assistant principal; and currently is a director of state and federal programs and social/emotional supports for a high school district.   


Marc presents group seminars, keynote presentations, and professional development on motivating people in understanding the WHY in order to change the HOW of their spending, and the power of Restorative Practices in developing community and managing conflict and tension by repairing harm and restoring relationships. 


Marc has been married 28 years and has two adult children.
