Within a second or over the course of time, your reality can change.
Becoming a parent.
At 7:15 a.m. it is you and your spouse.
At 7:16 a.m. it is you, your spouse, and your newborn baby.
Becoming a graduate.
On June 5, 2005 you became a high school graduate.
On May 21, 2009 you became a college graduate.
INFINITE POSSIBILITIES
Reality only exists moment by moment.
As such, you have infinite possibilities waiting to be discovered, awakened, and actualized.
ONE CONSTANT
The only constant for your infinite possibilities is you.
You hold the power to redesign the reality of your classroom, school, and district; and, by doing so, can change the trajectory of students' lives for generations.
What is the Reality of your Classroom, School, or District?
If your classroom, school, or district it is not a space where both students and staff are experiencing success then it is time to redesign this reality. If not, our work as educators falls dangerously in line with one definition of insanity, "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
